SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

SHIPPING:  All shipping will be done by each individual supplier of the products.  Since numerous manufacturers are being used to be able to drop ship your items, shipping and delivery times can vary.  Most have a fairly quick turnaround.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

The Small Print

RETURN POLICY:  If you are not satisfied with any product that you purchase, you have a 14 day period to notify us of your dissatisfaction and we will issue a refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY:  Sometimes what you got wasn't the right size, color, etc and that's understandable.  If you'd like to return the item and simply exchange it for the same item just a different size, color, etc.  Then send us a message and will will get information for an exchange.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Information You Need to Know

If you are not satisfied with you purchase, as stated in the RETURN POLICY, you have 14 days to notify us.  If we are not notified within that 14 Day period then you will not be able to return the product.
